Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — 200 prompts a month, one knowledge source, and no credit card to sign up. It's a genuine way to evaluate Nova, not a 7-day trap.
What counts as a "prompt"?
A prompt is a single request you send to Nova. Follow-up messages in the same conversation each count as a prompt. Workflows count one prompt per step they run.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
Which AI models are included?
Free uses our fast standard model. Plus and Pro unlock every model we support — reasoning, vision, and long-context — with smart routing that picks the best one per task.
Is my data used to train models?
Never. Your prompts and knowledge sources are private to your workspace and are not used to train any model. Pro adds SSO, audit logs, and granular access controls.
