Our story

Born from a quarter that nearly slipped

Pipeline AI started in 2021 when our founders — a VP of Sales and a machine-learning engineer — watched a promising quarter unravel because three deals stalled silently in the CRM. The signals were all there. Nobody had time to read them.

They built a prototype that scored deals and flagged risk automatically, and the reps who tried it never gave it back. What began as an internal tool became a copilot now trusted by more than 2,400 revenue teams.

We're a remote-first company of 60 sellers, data scientists, and designers united by one belief: software should do the busywork so people can do the selling. The CRM should work for the rep — not the other way around.
