What counts as an event?
An event is a single payload accepted by Hooklane for delivery. Retries of the same event don't count against your quota — you're only billed for unique events ingested.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
We never silently drop your traffic. You'll get alerts as you approach your limit, and overage is billed at a clear per-event rate. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There are no long-term commitments on Free or Pro — cancel whenever you like.
Do you offer a startup discount?

Is my data secure?
