What size of project does Axis take on?
From a single private house to a city-block master plan. We are deliberately small, so we choose a limited number of projects each year and commit fully to each one.
Can I engage Axis for just one stage?
Yes. Many clients start with a feasibility study or concept design before committing to a full appointment. Each stage is scoped and priced on its own.
How are fees structured?
Typically as a percentage of construction cost for full services, or a fixed fee for defined stages such as feasibility or visualization. We agree the basis in writing before any work begins.
Do you work outside Norway?
Regularly. We have completed buildings in nine countries and collaborate with trusted local architects and engineers wherever a project is on the ground.
Will I work directly with Mara?
Always. Mara Veld leads every commission personally and remains your point of contact from the first meeting to the day the building is handed over.
