Our Story

A quiet corner for loud nights.

Tucked behind an unmarked door on Lantern Street, Noir & Ember was built for lingering — soft light, low music and a bar team that remembers your order.

We opened in 2016 with a simple belief: a great drink is hospitality you can taste. Every cocktail on our list starts with house-made syrups, hand-cut ice and spirits we’d happily drink neat.
