Our story

Built on market intelligence

Meridian CRE was founded in 2006 by a small group of brokers and former asset managers who believed commercial real estate deserved sharper analysis and straighter advice. They started with a single submarket and a simple promise: never recommend a deal we wouldn't sign ourselves.

That discipline scaled. Today we are a full-service brokerage of more than 70 professionals operating across 18 metro markets, advising on office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets — from a 3,000-square-foot storefront lease to a nine-figure portfolio disposition.

What hasn't changed is our orientation. We underwrite every assignment as if our own capital were at stake, and we measure success by the outcome on our client's ledger, not the size of the commission.
