Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No long-term lock-ins. All memberships are month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel or change. Private offices may have a short minimum term, which we'll always make clear up front.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Anytime. Move from Flex to Resident, add desks to your office, or scale back if your needs change. Just let the community team know and we'll adjust your next billing cycle.
What's included in the price?
Fast Wi-Fi, unlimited barista coffee and tea, access to the lounge and phone booths, member events, and the member app. There are no hidden cleaning, utility, or service fees.
Do meeting-room credits roll over?
Credits reset at the start of each month and don't roll over, but you can always book extra rooms at the member rate if you run out.
Can I bring guests?
Of course. Resident and Team Office members get guest day passes each month, and anyone can host a visitor in the lounge or a booked meeting room.
Is there parking and bike storage?
Yes — secure bike storage and showers are free for all members, and discounted parking is available in the building garage. Ask the team to set you up on your first day.
