Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Build your store, add products, and test checkout before you pay a cent.

What are transaction fees?

When a customer pays, the card networks charge a processing fee. With Shopflow Payments you pay one simple rate per sale, shown in the table above — and we add no extra platform fee on top.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings any time. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — switch to annual billing and save the equivalent of two months on every plan. You can change between monthly and annual whenever it suits you.

Can I use my own payment provider?

You can connect a third-party gateway on any plan. A small additional fee applies when you don't use Shopflow Payments; using our built-in payments keeps your costs lowest.

What happens when I outgrow a plan?
