I built Thrive because I was tired of watching people blame themselves for failing diets that were designed to fail. Wellness should feel good. Here's the story behind how I help.

My story

From burnt-out and dieting to genuinely thriving

Ten years ago I was running on caffeine, willpower, and a new diet every January. I was "healthy" on paper and exhausted in reality. The turning point wasn't another plan — it was learning to work with my body and my life instead of against them.

Once I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building small, sustainable habits, everything changed: my energy, my relationship with food, my confidence. I became a certified health coach so I could give others the same permission to thrive without punishment.

Since then I've coached more than 500 people across the world — busy parents, shift workers, founders, and folks who'd simply given up on feeling good. What unites them is the willingness to try a kinder, smarter way.

How Thrive came to be

2014

The wake-up call

Burnt out and stuck in a diet cycle, I started studying nutrition seriously — not for a quick fix, but to understand my own body for the first time.

2016

Got certified

Earned my first coaching and nutrition certifications and began coaching friends and colleagues on the side — and loving it.

2017

Thrive is born

Left my corporate job to coach full-time, opening Thrive as a one-on-one practice for people who wanted real, sustainable change.

2020

Went fully online

Took coaching global. What started as a local practice became an online community of clients across four continents.

2023

Launched group coaching

Added small-group programs so more people could access coaching and the accountability of a supportive community.

Today
