Ten years ago I was running on caffeine, willpower, and a new diet every January. I was "healthy" on paper and exhausted in reality. The turning point wasn't another plan â it was learning to work with my body and my life instead of against them.
Once I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building small, sustainable habits, everything changed: my energy, my relationship with food, my confidence. I became a certified health coach so I could give others the same permission to thrive without punishment.
Since then I've coached more than 500 people across the world â busy parents, shift workers, founders, and folks who'd simply given up on feeling good. What unites them is the willingness to try a kinder, smarter way.
