Our story

Built on a simple belief

TalentBridge started in 2013 when a small group of recruiters grew tired of an industry that pushed CVs around and counted commissions. They believed recruitment should be judged by one thing: whether the placement actually works — for the company and for the person.

That belief still drives us. We've grown from a three-person team into a specialist agency of 60+ consultants across New York, London, and Singapore, but we've kept the founding rule: never put forward someone we wouldn't stake our reputation on.

Today we recruit across technology, finance, design, healthcare, and more. What ties our work together is care — for the brief, for the candidate's career, and for the long-term fit that makes a hire stick.
