Our story

Founded on a simple frustration

Nexus IT was started in 2012 by two engineers who were tired of watching small and mid-sized businesses get treated as an afterthought by their IT providers — slow responses, confusing invoices, and a "fix it when it breaks" mindset that left companies constantly on edge.

They believed managed IT should work the other way around: prevent problems, communicate in plain language, and charge a fair, predictable fee. That principle still guides everything we do. We've grown from a two-person shop into a team of more than 40 certified engineers supporting clients across the country.

Today we manage thousands of devices for healthcare practices, law firms, manufacturers, and growing companies of every kind. What they share is a need for technology they never have to worry about — and a partner who treats their uptime as seriously as they do.
