Our story

People who know the ground

Terra was founded on a simple idea: buying land should be as honest and clear-eyed as the land itself.

Since 2009

From a single farm sale to nine states

Terra began when our founder, a third-generation farmer, grew tired of watching neighbors get poor advice on land they'd worked their whole lives. He believed land deserved brokers who actually walk the ground, read the plats, and tell the truth about access and soils.

Fifteen years later, that conviction still drives us. We've closed more than 620 parcels across nine states — homesteads, hunting tracts, farms, and development pads — and we treat every acre as if we were buying it for our own family.

What we stand for

Principles we don't compromise on

Land deals can be opaque. We keep ours straight.

We walk it first

No parcel goes on our books until a broker has physically walked the boundary and verified what's really there.

Plain-English title

Easements, mineral rights, and zoning explained without jargon, so you understand exactly what you own.

Right deal, not fast deal

We'd rather lose a commission than steer you onto land that won't serve your goals. Fit comes first.
