Ways we can support you

There's no single path through hard things. Whatever you're facing, we'll find a way of working together that feels safe, gentle, and right for you.

Depression Care

Depression can make everything feel flat, heavy, or far away. You don't have to push through it alone. With warmth and patience, we'll help you find small footholds back toward energy, connection, and meaning — honoring the hard days while gently making room for lighter ones.

Trauma & Healing

Difficult experiences can stay with us long after they end. Using trauma-informed, safety-first approaches, we move entirely at your pace — never reopening more than feels okay. The goal is steady ground beneath you, a sense of control, and gentle space to heal what's been carried for too long.

  • Safety & stabilization
  • Grounding
  • Processing at your pace
  • Post-traumatic growth

What to expect

Your first session, gently explained

Not knowing what happens can make reaching out feel scary. Here's exactly how a first session usually unfolds — no surprises.

1

A warm welcome

We'll settle in, and your therapist will explain how sessions work and answer any questions you have.

2

Your story, your pace

You share as much or as little as you'd like. There's no pressure to have it all figured out.

3

Gentle direction

Together we'll name what matters most to you and what you'd like therapy to help with.

4

No-pressure next step

You decide if it feels right. If it does, we'll plan ahead; if not, that's completely okay.

Good to know

Questions you might be wondering about

If you don't see your question here, please reach out — we're always happy to help, with no obligation.

How long is a therapy session?

A standard session lasts 50 minutes. Couples and certain trauma-focused sessions may run a little longer. We'll always agree on timing together so it fits comfortably into your week.

How do I know which service is right for me?

You don't need to know in advance. Reach out for a free, no-pressure 15-minute call, and we'll gently talk through what you're experiencing and suggest the kind of support that may help most.

Is everything I share really confidential?

Yes. What you share in sessions stays private, within the limits required by law to keep you and others safe. We'll explain confidentiality clearly at the start, so you always know where you stand.

How many sessions will I need?

There's no fixed answer — it depends entirely on you. Some people find a handful of sessions helpful; others value longer-term support. You're never locked in, and you can pause or stop whenever you choose.

What if I get emotional or don't know what to say?

That's completely welcome and entirely normal. Tears, silence, and "I don't know" are all part of the process. Your therapist will meet you wherever you are, with patience and zero judgment.

Do you offer online and evening sessions?

Yes. We offer secure online sessions as well as in-person appointments, including selected evening slots, so support can fit around work, family, and everyday life.

Not sure where to start? That's okay.

You don't need a diagnosis or the right words to reach out. Send a short, confidential note and we'll gently help you find the support that fits.
