Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own instrument?

Not to begin with. We have pianos, drums, and amps on site, and we offer free instrument loans for your first few weeks so you can be sure before you buy.

Can I change or cancel a lesson?

Yes. With at least 24 hours' notice you can reschedule any lesson at no charge. Monthly and term plans include a fair make-up policy for genuine absences.

Are lessons suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely — most of our students start with no experience at all. Our teachers are specialists in making the first steps clear, gentle, and genuinely fun.

Do you offer lessons for children?

Yes. We teach from age three in our Little Notes classes, and our child-facing teachers all hold current safeguarding clearance.

Can I switch between plans?

Of course. Many students start per-lesson, then move to monthly or term billing once they have settled in. Just let us know and we will adjust your plan.
