From a single street to a thriving community

Maple Grove began when the Harlow family built a handful of homes on a quiet stretch of land outside town — homes they designed to be brighter, healthier, and more efficient than anything else on the market.

Word spread fast. Today, Maple Grove is a master-planned community of more than 640 homes, but our approach hasn't changed. We still build in small phases, still walk every home before we hand over the keys, and still answer the phone when our homeowners call.
