Before you start, you're probably wondering…

I'm a total beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely β€” most of my clients start exactly where you are. Every plan begins with a movement assessment and meets you at your level. You'll never be thrown into something you're not ready for.

What if I don't have a gym or much equipment?

No problem. For online and nutrition clients I build the plan around whatever you've got β€” a full gym, a few dumbbells, or just bodyweight at home. We make it work.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel stronger and more energized within 2–3 weeks, with visible changes around the 6–8 week mark. The 12-Week Transformation is designed to deliver an obvious result in 90 days, provided you put in the work.

Can I switch or pause my plan?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause with two weeks' notice β€” life happens and your coaching should flex with it.

Is there a guarantee?

There is. If you follow the plan for your first 30 days and don't feel it was worth it, I'll refund your first month in full. I only want clients who are genuinely glad they signed up.

Do you coach online clients internationally?

Yes β€” Forge online clients train in more than 30 countries. Coaching happens through the app and scheduled video calls, so your time zone is never a barrier.
