Learning through play
Hands-on, child-led play builds real understanding โ and a lasting love of discovery that worksheets never could.
In 2011, early-childhood teacher Maria Alvarez opened Little Sprouts with a single classroom, a sunny garden, and a belief that little ones learn best through play, not pressure.
Fifteen years later, we've grown into a full early-learning centre serving infants through Pre-K โ but our heart hasn't changed one bit. We still know every child by name, still celebrate every wobbly first step, and still treat each family like our own.
Today more than 300 families call Little Sprouts home, and many of our "graduates" send their younger siblings right back to us.
Everything we do grows from a few simple beliefs about how little ones thrive.
Hands-on, child-led play builds real understanding โ and a lasting love of discovery that worksheets never could.
We nurture empathy, sharing, and gentle words, because a kind child is a confident, connected child.
Daily fresh air, gardening, and active play keep bodies strong and minds calm, curious, and ready to learn.
Every educator at Little Sprouts is trained in early-childhood care, paediatric first aid, and the art of making children feel truly seen.
