We believe work should feel lighter

Tasker started with a simple frustration: great teams were drowning in tools and status meetings. We set out to build one calm, colorful place where the work — not the tooling — takes center stage.

Our story

Built by a team that hated busywork

Tasker was founded in 2019 by three product builders who had shipped software at fast-growing startups — and watched their teams lose hours every week to scattered tasks, endless threads, and "quick" status updates that were never quick.

They wanted a tool that felt as good to use as it was powerful: boards you could actually see, automations that removed the nagging, and reporting that answered questions before anyone had to ask. So they built it.

Today Tasker is used by more than 12,000 teams across 40 countries — from two-person studios to enterprise departments — all chasing the same thing: more flow, less friction.

Mission & values

Our mission is to give teams their focus back

We measure success by the hours we hand back to teams and the work they ship because of it. These values keep us pointed the right way.

Clarity over clutter

Every feature must earn its place. If it adds noise instead of clarity, it doesn't ship.

Teams come first

We build for the whole team, not just the manager — work feels better when everyone can see it.

Momentum matters

Small wins compound. We design for progress you can feel, every single day.

Trust by default

Your data is yours. We protect it with strong security and full export, always.

Joy in the details

Color, motion, and craft aren't extras — they're why a tool feels good to open every morning.

Listen relentlessly

Our roadmap is shaped by the teams who use Tasker. We ship what actually helps.

How we work

We use Tasker to build Tasker

Every roadmap, sprint, and launch lives on our own boards. That means the friction you'd feel, we feel first — and fix fast.

Ship small, ship often

Tight loops mean improvements reach you in days, not quarters.

Talk to users daily

Support and product sit together, so feedback turns into features.

Sweat the details

The last 10% of polish is where a tool becomes one people love.

Come build calmer work with us
