When we offer refunds

- The files are corrupt or you can't download them and we can't resolve it.
- You purchased the same item twice by mistake.
When we can't offer refunds
- You changed your mind after downloading.
- You lack the skills to customize the template (we're happy to help via support).
- The issue is unrelated to the template itself.
