Our story
Founded on a simple belief
Evergreen began in 2001 when our founders, a nurse and a social worker, struggled to find their own parents a place that felt like home rather than an institution. They decided to build one — a community grounded in warmth, dignity, and genuine connection.
Today, Evergreen is home to more than 600 residents across our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods. What hasn't changed is the heart of it all: treating every resident like family, and every family like our own.
