Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on orders over $35.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to the US, UK and Australia. Use the region selector in the header to see local pricing. International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.
What is your return policy?+

How does the subscription work?+
Subscribe to save 20% on food and treats, choose delivery every 2 or 4 weeks, and skip or cancel anytime from your account. There's no lock-in or fee to cancel.
How do I choose the right bed size?+
Measure your pet nose-to-tail and add a few inches. The Cloud Cuddler Bed comes in S, M, L and XL — S suits cats and small breeds, while XL fits the biggest good boys.
How do I transition my pet to new food?+
Mix a little of the new food in with the old over 7–10 days, increasing the new portion each day. A gradual switch keeps tummies settled and happy.
Is Fetch food vet-approved?+
Yes — every recipe is made with real ingredients and reviewed by vets for complete, balanced nutrition. Full ingredient info is printed on every bag.
Are the toys safe for heavy chewers?+
Our Tough Chew Toy is built to survive the zoomies. As with any toy, supervise play and replace it if it shows heavy wear. Pick the size that suits your pet.
