When will my order arrive?+
We roast and ship within 24 hours, and orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on orders over $35.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to the US, UK and Australia. Use the region selector in the header to see local pricing. International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.
What is your return policy?+
Every order is backed by our happiness guarantee. If your first bag isn't the best cup you've made at home, email us for a full refund — keep the bag, no returns required.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit your account to see live status. Lost the email? Contact us and we'll resend it.

How does the subscription work?+
Subscribe to save 20% on every order, choose delivery every 2 or 4 weeks, and skip or cancel anytime from your account. There's no lock-in or fee to cancel.
How fresh is the coffee?+
We roast in small batches the day your order ships and stamp the roast date on every bag. For peak flavour, brew within 30 days of that date.
Which grind should I choose?+
Pick the grind that matches your brewer — whole bean, espresso, filter or French press. Whole bean stays freshest the longest if you have a grinder at home.
How should I store my beans?+
Keep your bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard away from heat and sunlight. Avoid the fridge or freezer — and grind just before brewing for the best cup.
Do you offer decaf and bundles?+
Yes — try Decaf Dusk for an evening cup, or the Roaster's Choice Bundle to taste the whole range. Browse everything on the Shop page.
