When will my furniture arrive?+
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days and delivered in 1–3 weeks depending on your region. Larger items ship with white-glove delivery to the room of your choice. Delivery is free on orders over $250.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we deliver across the US, UK and Australia. Use the region selector in the header to see local pricing. International delivery timelines vary by piece and destination.
What is your return policy?+
Every order is backed by our 100-night home trial. If a piece isn't right, we'll collect it and refund you in full — no restocking fees and no boxes to deal with.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit your account to see live status. Lost the email? Contact us and we'll resend it.

How does the 100-night trial work?+
Live with your furniture for up to 100 nights. If it isn't right, contact us and we'll arrange free collection and a full refund — no restocking fees or lock-in.
What are Haven pieces made from?+
Our frames are kiln-dried hardwood with eight-way hand-tied springs and high-resilience foam cushions, wrapped in stain-resistant weaves. Solid-wood tables and beds use sustainably sourced oak and walnut.
How do I care for the fabric?+
Most spills wipe clean with a damp cloth thanks to the stain-resistant weave. Vacuum cushions regularly and rotate them to keep the shape even. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Is assembly required?+
Sofas arrive ready to use — at most the legs screw on by hand. Beds and dining tables include simple tool-free or single-tool assembly with clear instructions, and white-glove delivery can assemble for you.
What does the warranty cover?+
Frames and springs are covered for 10 years; cushions and fabric carry a 3-year warranty against defects. Normal wear and accidental damage aren't included — contact us and we'll help.
