When will my plant arrive?+
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3–5 business days. We ship grower-direct so your plant spends as little time in transit as possible. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships, and shipping is free on orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to the US, UK and Australia. Use the region selector in the header to see local pricing. International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.
What is your return policy?+
Every order is backed by a 30-day plant guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't settle in within 30 days, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no returns required.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit your account to see live status. Lost the email? Contact us and we'll resend it.

Common questions

How do I care for my new plant?+
Every plant ships with a simple care card matched to its species, covering light, watering and placement. Most of our plants are happiest in bright, indirect light with a weekly water — and the care card walks you through the details.
How often should I water?+
As a rule of thumb, water when the top inch or two of soil feels dry — usually about once a week for the Monstera and most of our range. Succulents and snake plants need far less. Your care card gives plant-specific guidance.
Do my plants come potted?+
Yes — every plant arrives already potted in a ceramic planter with the right soil, so there's nothing to repot on day one. Just find it a bright spot and give it a drink.
Which plants are pet-friendly?+
A few of our plants, including the Monstera and Fiddle Leaf Fig, aren't safe for pets. Use the pet-friendly filter in the shop to find options that are safe around curious cats and dogs.
What if my plant doesn't thrive?+
You're covered by our 30-day plant guarantee. If it arrives damaged or doesn't settle in, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no hassle.
