What counts as a "response"?
A response is one completed submission to any of your forms. Partial submissions that aren't finished don't count, and you can see your monthly usage any time in your dashboard.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with unlimited forms and 100 responses a month — no credit card to sign up. It's a genuine way to evaluate Formly, not a short trial.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
Your forms keep working — new responses are simply queued and visible once you upgrade or your monthly cycle resets. We'll email you before you hit the cap so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
Do you offer annual or nonprofit pricing?
