Single-garden leaves · Whisked with care

A quiet place to slow down and steep.

Leaf is a tea house and matcha bar built around stillness — loose-leaf teas poured by the cup, ceremonial matcha whisked to order, and a room made for unhurried afternoons.

Single-garden leaves

We buy whole-leaf tea direct from small farms and store it cool, sealed, and fresh.

Brewed to order

Every pot is timed and temperature-matched to the leaf — no shortcuts, no bitterness.

A room to breathe

Soft light, low music, and plenty of corners to read, talk, or simply be still.

Our little ritual

Tea, made the unhurried way.

Leaf began with one belief: a cup of tea is an invitation to pause. So we built a room around that pause — no rush, no noise, just leaves, hot water, and time enough to taste them.

  • Whole-leaf teas sourced from named, small-scale gardens.
  • Ceremonial-grade matcha, stone-milled and whisked fresh.
  • A calm, plant-filled space with no rush to leave.

The ritual & the source

From a quiet hillside to your cup.

We travel each season to the gardens we buy from — terraced slopes in Uji, misty hills in the Wuyi Mountains, family plots in Darjeeling. We taste at the source, then carry the leaf home with as little between it and you as possible.

Back at the bar, every brew is a small ceremony: the right water, the right warmth, the right wait. It is a slow way to make a drink, and that is exactly the point.
