Our story
Born on a harbour wall
Tide started in 2008 when two former sailors grew tired of watching buyers fall for a view, only to discover the dock had no permit or the ground floor flooded twice a winter. We believed waterfront deserved specialists — agents who read tide charts and flood maps as fluently as floor plans.
Sixteen years and 640 shoreline sales later, that's still exactly what we are. We've grown to cover 38 coastlines, but we've never sold a home that wasn't on or beside the water — and we never will. Every listing is walked at high tide and low, photographed at the hour it looks its best, and vetted for the things glossy brochures leave out.
