What counts as one scan?
A scan is a single document or block of text you submit. On bulk upload, each file in the batch counts as one scan against your monthly allowance. Pro and Team have unlimited scans.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?

Is the text I scan kept private?
Your documents are private to your account and are never used to train our models. Scanned text is purged on a rolling schedule, and Team adds SSO, audit logs, and granular access controls.
