Is Lexa a replacement for a lawyer?
No. Lexa is an assistant that speeds up review and research — it surfaces issues, suggests language, and cites sources, but a qualified attorney always makes the final call. It does not provide legal advice on its own.
Do you charge per document or per review?
No per-document fees. Solo includes a generous monthly allowance, and Team and Enterprise include unlimited contract reviews so your costs stay predictable as volume grows.
Is my client data used to train AI models?
Never. Your documents and clause library are private to your workspace and are not used to train any model. Enterprise adds SSO, audit logs, and private deployment for stricter requirements.
Which document types can Lexa review?
NDAs, MSAs, SaaS and licensing terms, employment agreements, leases, and most common commercial contracts in Word or PDF. Custom document types can be added on the Team and Enterprise plans.
Can I use my own playbook and clause language?
Yes — that's the point. Team and Enterprise let you upload your approved clauses, fallback positions, and playbook rules so Lexa reviews against your standards, not a generic template.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Monthly changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
