Jordan Hale, Founder & Executive Coach
Jordan spent two decades inside fast-growing companies before becoming a coach — first as an operator scaling teams from ten to several hundred people, then as a COO steering a business through acquisition. That experience taught a hard lesson: the higher you rise, the lonelier the decisions become, and the fewer people will tell you the truth.
Apex Coaching exists to be that honest partner. Since 2011, Jordan has coached more than 500 founders, executives, and senior leaders across forty industries — from venture-backed startups to global enterprises — helping them lead with clarity, build teams they trust, and deliver results they're proud of.
