Q. How is coaching different from consulting or therapy?

A consultant gives you answers; a coach helps you find your own and act on them with accountability. Coaching is forward-looking and performance-focused — it's about helping high-functioning leaders get even better, not addressing clinical issues.

Q. How long before I see results?

Most clients notice shifts in confidence and clarity within the first three or four sessions. Meaningful, durable change in how you lead typically takes three to six months of consistent work.

Q. Do sessions happen in person or online?

Both. The majority of our coaching is delivered over video, which most leaders find more flexible. In-person and on-site options are available for team coaching and corporate workshops.

Q. Is everything we discuss confidential?

Absolutely. What's shared in coaching stays in coaching. When an employer sponsors an engagement, we agree clear boundaries up front — they receive progress against goals, never the content of your sessions.
