Rhythm Ride

Our signature beat-driven class. Choreographed pushes, taps and tap-backs that turn the whole studio into one moving body. No metrics, just music.

Intensity: Moderate 45 min
45 min Rider standing on the pedals through a high-resistance Power Ride

Power Ride

Metrics-led and resistance-heavy. Watch your watts, hold your cadence and chase a personal best on the live leaderboard. The competitive rider's favourite.

60 min Long steady climb during an Endurance Ride

Endurance Ride

A longer, steadier journey built around sustained climbs and controlled efforts. The class that quietly builds the biggest aerobic engine in the room.

Intensity: Moderate 60 min
30 min Explosive interval effort during HIIT and Hills

HIIT & Hills

Express, brutal and effective. All-out intervals stacked against steep simulated climbs to spike your heart rate and torch calories in half the time.

30 min New rider being coached through setup during a Beginner Ride

Beginner Ride

Brand new to the bike? Start here. We walk you through setup, posture and the basics at a friendly pace โ€” no pressure, all encouragement.

50 min Full-body ride combining cycling with hand weights

Ride + Sculpt

Cardio meets strength. Mid-ride we break out the hand weights for a sculpting section that fires up your arms, shoulders and core before the final sprint.

Intensity: Moderate 50 min
How It Works

From booking to the final sprint โ€” here's how a ride at RPM goes.

1. Reserve a Bike

Book your exact bike from the schedule. Pick your spot, then just show up 15 minutes early.

2. Get Set Up

Grab your complimentary shoes and let the team dial in your saddle height and resistance.

3. Ride It Out

Lights down, music up. Follow the instructor, find your beat and leave it all on the bike.
