RIDER FAQ
Everything a new rider asks before their first clip-in.
Is my first ride really free?
Yes. New riders get one complimentary ride — including shoe hire and a towel — with no card on file. Just book through the contact page and mention you're new.
Do I need my own cycling shoes?
Not at all. Clip-in cycling shoes are included free with every ride. If you'd rather bring your own SPD-compatible shoes, you're welcome to.
I've never done a spin class. Will I keep up?
Absolutely. Start with our Beginner Ride, where the instructor walks you through setup and pacing. You control your own resistance the entire time — ride at your level.
How do class packs expire?
The 10-ride pack is valid for four months from your first ride. The off-peak pack follows the same window. Memberships renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled anytime.
What's your cancellation policy?
Plans cancelled up to 12 hours before a ride are fully refunded to your account. Late cancellations or no-shows use one ride credit, so the bike can be freed up for another rider.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Unlimited members can freeze for up to 30 days a year — perfect for travel or recovery. Just let the front desk know and we'll take care of it.
