Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no charges for opening accounts or issuing cards. You only pay the monthly plan price plus the per-transaction fee on processed volume.
How do transaction fees work?
Each successful payment is charged the per-transaction fee shown on your plan. Payouts, transfers, and card issuing are included; foreign-exchange conversions use transparent interbank rates with a small published margin.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. There are no long-term contracts on Starter or Business.
Do you offer discounts for high volume?
Absolutely. Enterprise plans use volume-based interchange pricing tailored to your transaction profile. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
