Who we are

A tiny kitchen on wheels with a big appetite.

We started Curb with a beat-up truck, a flat-top grill, and one rule: never serve anything we wouldn't happily eat ourselves. Everything is cooked to order, never sitting under a heat lamp.

  • Tortillas warmed to order and salsas made every morning.
