Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a full 14-day free trial. You get every feature of the plan you choose, no credit card required, and you can invite your whole team to try it.
What counts as an "agent"?
An agent is any team member with a Helply seat who replies to tickets. You only pay for agents — customers, end users, and light collaborators who just add private notes don't count toward your bill.
Can I change plans or cancel any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, add agents, or cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switching to annual billing saves you two months compared to paying monthly. Enterprise plans are billed annually by default and include volume discounts for larger teams.
Is my customer data secure?
Always. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. Enterprise adds SSO, audit logs, granular roles, and data-residency options.
What if I have more than 50 agents?
