Book Your Trial
Send a quick message through our contact page. Tell us your goals and we'll recommend the best class to start with.

Come Train
Arrive 15 minutes early in comfortable clothing. We'll give you a tour, lend you any gear and pair you with a coach.

Join The Dojo
Loved it? Choose a flexible membership with no lock-in contract and step onto your martial arts path for good.
Good To Know
BEFORE YOU BOW IN
- What to wear. For your trial, just bring a t-shirt, shorts or joggers, and a water bottle.
- Gear provided. We loan gloves, pads and a gi for your first sessions — no purchase required.
- Arrive early. Get there 15 minutes before class for a quick intro and a tour of the dojo.
- All levels welcome. Every class scales to your ability, whether it's day one or year ten.
