Arrive 15 minutes early in comfortable clothing. We'll give you a tour, lend you any gear and pair you with a coach.

Good To Know

BEFORE YOU BOW IN

  • What to wear. For your trial, just bring a t-shirt, shorts or joggers, and a water bottle.
  • Gear provided. We loan gloves, pads and a gi for your first sessions — no purchase required.
  • Arrive early. Get there 15 minutes before class for a quick intro and a tour of the dojo.
  • All levels welcome. Every class scales to your ability, whether it's day one or year ten.
