Four signature class styles, each thoughtfully designed and capped at eight students. Whether you're brand new or returning to movement, there's a place for you on the mat — or the reformer.

Every class is included with an unlimited membership, or available as a single drop-in or class pack.

Reformer

Our signature practice. Using the spring-loaded reformer bed, you'll build full-body strength, length and control through smooth, resisted movement. Endlessly adaptable — the springs scale the work to suit every body, from first-timer to seasoned mover.

Mat pilates practice on the studio floor

Mat

Classical floor work that strips movement back to its essentials. Using only your body weight and a few small props, Mat builds deep core stability, mobility and body awareness — the foundation every other practice is built upon.

Beginner friendly 45 min Max 8
A gentle, supported prenatal pilates session

Prenatal

Safe, supported movement for every trimester and the months beyond. Led by a pre/postnatal specialist, these classes ease aches, build the strength you'll need for birth and recovery, and give you a calm space to connect with your changing body.

A one-to-one private pilates lesson

Private

A fully bespoke session, just for you. Perfect if you're recovering from injury, training for something specific, or simply prefer focused one-to-one attention. Your instructor builds each session around your goals, history and pace.

1. Reserve

Book your spot online in seconds, or message us for help choosing the right first class.

2. Arrive Early

Come ten minutes before. We'll show you around, set up your reformer and answer everything.

3. Move & Breathe

Your instructor guides every movement and scales it to you. Leave taller, calmer, lighter.

Private sessions can also be booked outside these times by arrangement. Sunday is reserved for workshops and rest.
