I'm Daniel Okafor, a senior product manager based in Austin. Over nine years I've led product across B2B SaaS, fintech, and consumer mobile — from zero-to-one bets to scaling platforms used by millions.
My approach is simple to say and hard to do: get painfully clear on the problem, pick one metric that proves we solved it, and ship in slices so the team learns fast. I'm at my best when I'm in the room with engineering and design, turning ambiguity into a plan everyone believes in.
