Rebuilding onboarding to unlock activation
Problem: Only 41% of new Vault users reached their first funded account. Drop-off clustered on a five-step KYC flow that asked for everything up front.
What I shipped: I led discovery with 30 user interviews, reframed onboarding as a progressive-disclosure journey, and partnered with design and three squads to ship a staged flow with smart defaults and a save-and-resume state.
