❓ Booking questions

Good to know before you book

Lessons run from 30 minutes (Baby & Me and Beginner) up to 60 minutes (Junior Squad). For steady progress we recommend one lesson per week, though many families add a second weekly slot during school holidays.

Bring swimwear, a towel, and goggles. Babies and toddlers need a snug swim nappy. Everything else — kickboards, woggles, and floats — is provided. A warm layer for after the lesson is always a good idea.

Yes. Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll offer a make-up lesson in another available slot of the same level, subject to space. Make-ups are valid for the current term.

We do. New swimmers can book one complimentary trial lesson so you can feel the water and meet your coach before committing to a term. Just mention "free trial" on the booking form.

Send us a quick enquiry and we'll confirm your spot. New swimmers can claim a free trial lesson on the way in.
