Our story
Founded on a simple frustration
Meetly was founded in 2019 by a small group of engineers who had spent years building real-time infrastructure — and were tired of meetings that froze at the worst possible moment. They believed a video call should connect instantly, sound clear, and get out of the way.
So they rebuilt the stack from the network up: a low-latency media engine, adaptive video that survives bad Wi-Fi, and a one-click join with no downloads. What began as an internal tool for a 12-person startup now powers meetings for teams in more than 180 countries.
We're still guided by the founders' rule: if a feature doesn't make the meeting better for the people in it, it doesn't ship. Reliability isn't a feature — it's the whole product.
