Sucré began as a single oven and a stubborn belief that bread should never be rushed. Today we are a corner-shop patisserie where the morning smells of warm croissants and the counter is lined with cakes worth celebrating.
We mill our own flour blends, ferment our doughs overnight, and decorate every cake by hand. Nothing leaves our kitchen unless we would happily serve it to our own family.
